Magil Construction,
JA-Santé Architecture Event, Magazine Advertisement
The Objective
Develop a cohesive visual identity and promotional suite for Magil Construction’s presence at the Journée de l’Architecture en Santé (JAS). The goal was to position Magil as a leader in hospital infrastructure, emphasizing innovation, LEED® sustainability, and the ability to maintain clinical continuity during complex builds.
The Creative Solution
I designed a multi-channel campaign that translated complex engineering and logistical expertise into a clean, authoritative visual narrative. The project scope included:
Magazine Advertisement: A full-page layout featuring the company’s branding "Bâtir avec Vision" (Building with Vision), utilizing high-contrast typography and architectural photography to command attention in a specialized publication.
Technical Project Sheets: Standardized data sheets designed for quick scannability, allowing healthcare stakeholders to digest technical milestones and LEED certifications efficiently.
Large-Format Roll-ups: High-impact event banners designed for environmental legibility, ensuring the core value propositions were visible from a distance in a crowded exhibition hall.
Design Strategy & Impact
Information Hierarchy: Used a grid-based layout to balance large-scale architectural imagery with dense technical copy, ensuring the "Innovation, Durability, Excellence" pillars remained the focal point.
Brand Consistency: Maintained Magil’s color palette of charcoal, white, and green to align with it’s corporate identity while introducing modern, airy layouts suited for the architectural field.
Technical Storytelling: Focused on "Health Environments" as the primary keyword, bridging the gap between heavy construction and the sensitive needs of clinical care settings.
